Well, basically take my scenario and that is the story- only insert Val. Mr. Nice Guy had a brain cramp and defended himself by punching the old man in the jaw. Nice, I know.

We had pulled up to the place we were going to stay in Moab to find out where we needed to be. During that time the old cuss parked behind us in the drive instead of going around. He was so upset and let it be known until Val put him in his place (punch in the face). The neighbors that witnessed it later came out and gave Val handshakes and high fives!
Thanks for voting. I'm really curious to those that voted Other. There honestly was nothing else to do, the man wouldn't be reasoned with. The police were there for about 3 hours. We haven't heard anything since. Hopefully the old man will think before letting his tongue loose again. Especially in front of a woman.
