These are some of the foods I remember from college. Either my roommates or I ate and lived off them. They sustained us through tests and breakups, snow and more snow, long walks and basketball games. Wasn't college great?! Funny how these foods remind me of the those days not so long ago. Oh Rolo Cookies... AND Soda Cracker Candy, a MUST!!
This reminds me....my friends would make a cherry cake mix cake and frost it and bring it over and we would each get a fork and just eat it out of the cake pan...no plates. Yummo. (I lived in the dorms my first year...kind of deprived) But I did eat a lot of salt and vinegar chips and Mt. Dew!
Chicken enchilladas, the breadsticks and rolo cookies definitely bring back good memories of Davenport days! I made Sav's breadsticks not too long ago--so good.
Oh that brings so many good memories...
I remember any type of food in college tasting good!
